What Everyone Is Saying…

"Words cannot express how Phyllis Perlroth has changed my life. She has enabled me to be an academic success throughout my academic career. She has given me the tools to greatly improve my life and my academic performance.

At her core, she is a passionate person who empowered me to have the confidence to use AT effectively. I was initially apprehensive about using AT but Phyllis’s guidance taught me that AT is an investment worth my persistence and dedication. Which ultimately lead me to becoming the stronger, more independent person I am today. Phyllis has made a tremendous impact on my life, whose resourcefulness and passion are an asset to any organization or individual."

“Grateful”

"We are very grateful for Phyllis’ services.  She took the time to connect with our son to determine his interests and strengths, and helped navigate not only the college search and application process, but career possibilities as well.

Throughout the process she boosted our son’s confidence while focusing on his needs and desires and provided him numerous options.  Phyllis is so easy to work with, takes the time to genuinely connect with people and focuses on what is in the best interest of the student.  We are thrilled with the results and would very highly recommend her!"

“Ms Phyllis has been so helpful for me these past couple years. As a student who tried to figure out everything by themselves, hesitant to ask teachers for help, and a professional procrastinator, school and home life was hard to navigate. Ms Phyllis helped teach me techniques in prioritisation and executive functioning. From big calendars so I could see all my deadlines for the month all at once, to mind maps for easier studying and notes, Ms Phyllis always understood what I needed to succeed and help guide me there. Even when I had set backs, she was able to use them to guide me further to a more successful and functioning way of handling school and home life.”

“Our family’s life consists of two parts - before and after we met Phyllis. We met Phyllis as my son’s Inclusion Specialist when he transferred to a new school in the 5th grade. My son was diagnosed with ASD when he was in kinder, and the transition to a new school environment was a huge change. I was very surprised when she called me out of the blue to learn more about my son even before school began. Thanks to her, the transition was smooth, and my son loved the new school.

After Phyllis left the school, she attended several IEP sessions at my son’s school, and she helped us get the most support for our son while coaching us on how to work with teachers and school directors. Thanks to her aid, my son has received the necessary support from his school and made enormous progress for the last five years.

Before we met Phyllis, we were afraid of my son’s future. With her dedication, passion, and love for my son, we now have hope for his future. Sometimes I feel that Phyllis seems to know and understand my son better than I do. If you work with Phyllis, you will have a great teacher for your children, and a great mentor and good friend for you. Contact her and get a consultation - it’ll be a blessing for your child and for your family!”
